We at Neff’s Safe, Lock & Security Inc. has been in business since 1975 and during that time have installed numerous Electronic Security Systems, starting with a 109 door installation in 1990 at the Dauphin County Vo-tech School. Our largest installation, to date, was 359 doors and 4 elevators in 1995 at the Trump Plaza Casino in Atlantic City.
Over the last 49 years we have gained extensive experience and knowledge of a wide variety of Access Control Products. One important aspect of that knowledge and experience is learning how dependable and stable the products and their companies are. We have seen a lot of Electronic Security Manufacturers who did not stand the test of time and unfortunately a lot of them are no longer in business. We are proud to be an authorized CDVI Dealer of this Access Control Manufacturer who believes in their product so much that they have extended the warranty for their products of five years, a rare occurrence in the Electronic Security Industry.
As for my own qualifications, I have not only personally installed systems for the past 49 years but have also instructed in electronic security to fellow security professionals in both the private and public sector. I have conducted classes for the CIA, FBI, Navy, Army, Air Force and Coast Guards. I was contracted over several years to teach electronic security for two weeks at a time in Nicholasville, Kentucky at the Lockmasters Security Institute. As an instrument rated pilot I used my private airplane to travel from Lancaster to Blue Grass Airport to better serve the client. I am also certified with three separate professional security designations: Certified Protection Professional, Physical Security Professional and Certified Master Locksmith. Not only have I taught in the USA but also abroad in Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, England, and China.
Over the years I have been honored with numerous National and International awards in the security field. My late father told me at an early age in my life that “if you think you are the greatest then that is all the greater you will ever be.” Well needless to say that has stuck with me and I share that with my staff and it appears we have been blessed because we never stop learning but keep yearning for better ways to accomplish the tasks at hand.
